Exchange & Return Policy

At Ummah Clothing, we are committed to ensuring that every order meets your expectations. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility Window

All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for a replacement, the product must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• Free from stains, dirt, or any foreign substances
• In its original, unaltered condition as received

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product has been used or washed after delivery
• The product has been damaged after delivery
• Stains, dirt, or any other substance has compromised the product’s integrity post-delivery
• The exchange request is submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery
• The item is personalized or custom-made
• The item was purchased on sale or with a discount coupon
• The concern is related to color appearance or variation

Return Shipment

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. All eligible claims are processed as product replacements only.
