Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will begin processing the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier volume, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000 within Pakistan.
- Orders below this threshold will incur a standard delivery charge, calculated at checkout.
- An additional 5% discount is applied at checkout on advance (online) payments.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Delivery Across the Globe
Ummah Clothing ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or levies charged by their local authorities upon arrival — these are not included in the order or shipping total.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches your door.
Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to natural disasters, weather disruptions, strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases and will keep you informed of any significant delay to your order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and our team will reach out to arrange redelivery or next steps.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Ummah Clothing is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
